Our Mission & Goals
The Campbell Foundation for First Responders and Veterans plans to provide a number of ways to support first responders and veterans. These plans range from providing outdoors and hands on activities to engage and bring together first responders and veterans with their peers outside of their work, to supporting community engagement and events, to providing for first responders and veterans with support and resources in any of their needs as they face challenges, both as a community or as individuals. We hope to provide more thorough mental health support services in the future as well.
Our Director is regularly at the VFW Post 8762 in West Sacramento for peer support talk groups and events. Please see the calendar for events!
How We Began
Established in 2022, The Campbell Foundation for First Responders and Veterans aims to find comprehensive solutions to the mental health challenges first responders and veterans face. The foundation was inspired by the Executive Directors' support of these communities, passion for mental health care, and by her grandfather's actions of helping others through activities and support services. His work heavily influenced The Campbell Foundation to find creative, comprehensive ways to make an impact on others. The Campbell Foundation arose out of our passion for providing assistance to first responders and veterans to help them improve their well-being and lead better lives and careers with strong connections and support networks.

We appreciate every donation! We also understand that not everyone is able to make larger contributions at this time too. If you feel so inclined to support us and donate any amount to help us help our veterans and first responders, know that we appreciate you! For those of you who are able and willing to donate $15 or more to us, we will mail you a CFFRV sticker! Just let us know what method you used to donate, whether you would like a regular or glow in the dark sticker, and include a good mailing address to send your sticker, we'll take care of the rest for you!
